The policy is divided into three parts. Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
None of the products sold by Home Mixture are returnable due to their nature or any other reason. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, Home Mixture will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. Home Mixture may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.
Returns and Processing
On receipt by Home Mixture of the product (for return/replacement), the product will be checked for the following conditions:

| Correct Product | Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code/ MRP should match and be clearly visible. |
| Complete Product | All products as per invoice should be present. |
| Unused Product | The product should be unused, unspoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals. |
| Undamaged Product | In case of wrong product supplied the product should be undamaged and without any scratches, tears or holes. |
| Undamaged Packaging | In case of wrong product supplied, product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged. |
Home Mixture will not process the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
Other Terms & Conditions
- In certain cases where Home Mixture is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
- For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by us.
- Return courier charges will be refunded only in case the product conditions given above are met.
- In case of replacements, the replaced product will be replaced with the same item, and it will be sent only after aforementioned conditions are met.
